Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Non-Custom Items: We offer refunds on non-custom items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and details of the issue.
- We will arrange for a repair, or refund as per your preference and our assessment.
- Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Sedated Knits.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sedatedknits.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
